Really random and weird rash on neck? - rash on heels
After I shower in the evening today, my neck was hurt, he felt as if I had a skin rash. About an hour later I had a rash, skin rash is a flat, but the color red and visible. Bites and injuries also very bad, and sometimes I feel like my skin is numb. If you have any idea what could that be? I do not use collars or scarves or anything.

It could be included hives, allergic reaction to something, eventually, possibly a new drug? Take a dose of Benadryl .. can not hurt ... can help.
